Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By submitting our onboarding form or otherwise using EdenFlow AI's ("EdenFlow", "we", "us") services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the form or the service.

The service

EdenFlow builds and operates business automations for your business — for example, AI-driven customer messaging, pricing tools, website work, and QuickBooks Online integrations — based on what you select during onboarding and any follow-up conversations with us.

Connecting QuickBooks

If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize EdenFlow to obtain read-only access to your QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 flow, solely to deliver the automations you've requested.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information when you fill in the onboarding form or otherwise communicate with us
• Keep your own QuickBooks Online login credentials secure — we never ask for or store them
• Take responsibility for the accuracy of the data held in your own QuickBooks company, since our automations rely on it

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, submitting fraudulent information, or using the service in a way that breaks the law or infringes on others' rights.

Availability & disclaimer

We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep things running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and automations may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to issues with third-party services we depend on (such as Intuit, Cloudflare, or Resend).

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EdenFlow's liability to you arising out of or relating to the service is limited to direct losses that were reasonably foreseeable, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

Either you or EdenFlow may end the engagement at any time. On termination, we will stop accessing your QuickBooks Online data going forward, and we'll delete your stored QuickBooks refresh token and other personal data on request — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
